Location:Office based
Salary: £30000-£35000 plus commission
Overview
Redwood Search are recruiting an Appointment Setter working with a Worcester based consultancy. The role is for a motivated Telesales executive with the ability for building rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads and creating interest in in the services.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and client interactions.
* Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
* Provide feedback and insights on customer responses to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone manner.
Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
