Appointment Maker | Full-Time | Remote/Hybrid
Bristol / Somerset / Can work from home
Permanent Role
Monday - Friday
£27,000 + 3x commission schemes (Uncapped)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Appointment Maker to generate high-quality leads and book appointments for our Sales Manager. You’ll be speaking directly with decision-makers in a B2B setting, introducing our services, and creating opportunities for our team to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound B2B calls to potential clients to introduce our services
* Booking and scheduling qualified appointments for the Sales Manager
* Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
* Maintaining accurate lead and call records in our CRM
* Hitting and exceeding appointment booking and call targets
* Working closely with the sales and marketing team to maximise conversion rates
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting (essential)
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
* Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Organised, self-sufficient, and able to manage your own workload
* Experience in the cleaning, facilities, or service sector is a plus (but not essential)
