Job Description
We are seeking an Apprentice Tool Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to learn and become proficient in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality plastic injection mould tools and components.
We work closely with the medical industry, using the latest technology to achieve the tight tolerancing and exacting standards this industry demands.
You will be working on the following machines whilst gaining comprehensive engineering skills and programming knowledge, both on and off the machines, to include:
* 3D modelling and reading engineering drawings
* CNC Multi-axis Milling
* CAD/CAM CNC Wire Eroders
* CAD/CAM CNC Spark Eroders
* Manual Surface and Cylindrical Grinding
* Laser Engraving
* Laser Welding
