The Role
As Apprenticeship Business Development Manager, your focus will be on creating and growing employer and school partnerships to expand apprenticeship opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and managing relationships with schools (primary and secondary), colleges, and employers.
* Promoting apprenticeships and funded programmes (AEB, Skills Bootcamps, etc.) to generate new business.
* Identifying employer needs and matching them with the right training solutions.
* Tracking and reporting on pipeline activity to ensure learner and employer targets are met.
* Attending regional meetings and events to represent the organisation and expand your network.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with:
* A proven track record in business development within apprenticeships or skills.
* Experience selling into schools (primary and secondary).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Flexibility to travel across the Midlands.
