Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Business and Management
Location: Worksop
Salary: Up to £31,264 per annum (dependent on qualifications & experience) + benefits
Permanent | Full Time (37 hours per week)

The Role:
* Are you passionate about developing business talent? We are seeking an experienced and engaging professional to support learners through the Levels 2, 3 and 5 Business and Management Apprenticeship Standards.
* You will plan, deliver and assess a variety of programmes while providing on-site teaching, reviews and assessments, using modern e-portfolio and tracking tools.
* With a strong background in business and management at a leadership level, you’ll bring subject knowledge to life through coaching, mentoring and tailored guidance.
What you’ll need:
* Assessor Award (required)
* Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
* Level 5 (or higher) qualification in Management Business and Management sector experience, including at a managerial level
* Valid and current Enhanced DBS
* Strong IT and e-portfolio skills
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2
* IQA qualification (desirable)
* Experience engaging with diverse learners and building strong professional relationships
Your impact:
* You’ll support a caseload of apprentices and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure learners succeed in both knowledge and professional competencies.
* Your contribution will help learners progress successfully to their end-point assessments and thrive in their future careers.
