Early Years Graduate – Salford
Are you an enthusiastic Early Years graduate with a passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive?
We’re looking for a committed and nurturing Early Years Graduate to join a supportive primary school in Salford from July 28th. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 3 in Childcare or a degree in Educational Studies who is ready to gain hands-on experience in an Early Years setting.

Position Details:
Location: Salford
Start Date: July 28th
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Setting: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Non-Negotiables:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a degree in Educational Studies or a related subject
A genuine passion for working with children aged 3–5
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
A strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Framework
Commitment to creating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment
Role & Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering a creative and play-based curriculum
Help plan and deliver activities that encourage exploration and early development
Work 1:1 or in small groups with children, including those with SEN
Assist with observations, assessments, and progress tracking
Promote good behaviour and routines in line with school policies
Contribute to a warm and inclusive classroom culture where children feel confident and secure
