Architect (3+ Years) – Award-Winning AJ100 Practice
Location: London| Type: [Permanent] | Revit-Based Mix-Use Projects | Hybrid Working Available
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an AJ100-listed, award-winning architectural practice, celebrated for its design excellence, project delivery, and exceptional studio culture. With a portfolio of design led, award winning and high-profile projects, this practice continues to push boundaries in sustainable and thoughtful design.
They are now looking to add a talented and driven Architect to their team.
Role Overview:
This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Architect with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience, particularly those who enjoy working on mixed-use developments, and have a strong track record in residential projects. Experience in office or commercial schemes would be a bonus.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, design-focused environment where technical capability, creativity, and ambition are celebrated.
Requirements:

Qualified Architect with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience
*
Solid experience working on residential projects (office/commercial experience is a plus)
*
Proven Revit proficiency – this is essential for the role
*
Strong understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and RIBA stages
*
Ability to work independently and within a team
*
Excellent communication and coordination skills
