Architect – AJ100 Award-Winning Practice | Hybrid | £47,000–£48,000
We’re working with an AJ100, award-winning architectural practice renowned for its design excellence and collaborative culture. The team is looking for a Part 3 qualified Architect with 2–3 years post-Part 3 experience to join their growing studio.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to landmark commercial office and mixed-use projects across the UK, working alongside a talented, supportive team that values creativity, technical precision, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
*
Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial office and mixed-use projects across all stages, with particular involvement in early design and technical stages.
*
Prepare and develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
*
Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project quality and delivery.
*
Participate in design reviews and support project leaders in presentations and coordination tasks.
*
Maintain strong awareness of UK Building Regulations, construction standards, and industry best practice.
About You
*
Part 3 qualified Architect with 2–3 years post-Part 3 experience.
*
Experience working on commercial office projects in the UK (mixed-use experience a plus).
*
Proficient in Revit – essential.
*
Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial office or mixed-use project experience.
*
Confident, proactive, and highly collaborative, team player.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
