Job Description
Long-term contract job, outside of IR35, working for a green-tech developer on a housing scheme planning submission.
Working within an in-house architectural design team, our client is looking for an architect to support their team on a mid-scale planning application at stage 2. They would like applicants to be able to show recent experience of similar work on UK projects. An ability to work in revit is also required for this role, to help hit he ground running. This is long-term contract work, very probably going beyond the initial end date and on to further projects, so can provide some stability as well as lovely office environment and hybrid office attendance.
