Salary: £34-40,000 (dependent on experience)
A well-established architectural practice specialising in high-end residential design is seeking a talented Architect to join its dynamic team in Berkshire. This role offers the chance to help create beautifully crafted, bespoke homes that balance contemporary style with timeless elegance, delivering refined living spaces tailored to each client's lifestyle. Responsibilities
* Support the development and management of high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages
* Produce high-quality design and technical information with meticulous accuracy
* Communicate confidently with clients, contractors and planning officers
* Contribute to sustainable design strategies and environmentally responsible solutions
* Collaborate effectively within the team and assist across multiple projects
* Apply strong technical knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Skills and Qualifications
* ARB-registered Architect
* Sufficient post-Part 3 experience within the UK
* Strong technical skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Genuine interest in sustainable design
* Confident communicator able to liaise with clients and external stakeholders
* Proficient in Vectorworks
* Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
