Salary: £40000-£43000

An award-winning, RIBA-chartered practice in Essex is looking for a motivated and creative Architect to join its collaborative and supportive team. Known for delivering thoughtful, design-led solutions across residential, retail, and commercial projects, the studio offers the opportunity to work on projects that truly make an impact.

Lead and contribute to design work across all RIBA stages
Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and construction packages
Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentationsCandidate requirements:

ARB-registered architect
Experience in a UK architectural practice (Part 2 or qualified architect)
Strong knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
Excellent design skills with meticulous attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communicator
Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
