An award-winning, RIBA-chartered practice in Essex is seeking a motivated and imaginative Architect to join its collaborative, supportive team. Renowned for delivering thoughtful, design-led solutions across residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the studio offers the chance to contribute to projects that create meaningful impact.

Lead and support design development across all RIBA work stages
Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction packages
Assist with project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
Support planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentationsAbout you

ARB-registered Architect
Experience within a UK architectural practice (Part II or fully qualified)
Strong understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
