Salary: £34-40,000 DOE

About the company:

An established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a confident, creative Architect to join its team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a design-driven individual with a strong portfolio, capable of clearly articulating design ideas and contributing positively within a collaborative studio environment. New starters will initially be required to work full-time from the office while getting to know colleagues and internal systems. Following a successful settling-in period, hybrid working will be available with a minimum of three days per week in the office, although full-time office-based working is also welcomed. Due to the semi-rural location, this role may not be suitable for candidates without access to a car.

Developing innovative and well-considered design proposals across all project stages
Producing high-quality drawings, visualisations, and technical documentation
Working closely with colleagues, consultants, and clients to deliver projects successfully
Participating in design reviews, meetings, and presentations
Assisting in the coordination of projects from concept through to completion
Ensuring designs meet relevant regulations, budgets, and deadlinesThe ideal candidate will have:

ARB registered
Revit capabilities
A strong design-led portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
Confidence in presenting and communicating design ideas clearly
Experience within an architectural practice environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to design and problem-solving
