Location: Cardiff

Salary: £36-40,000

An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over five decades of delivering high-quality, sustainable design across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for creating commercially intelligent, people-focused environments. Operating across architecture, urban design and masterplanning, it is particularly recognised for its expertise in mixed-use developments, retail, leisure, residential and workplace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to projects across all RIBA stages
Develop design concepts and detailed technical solutions
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and clients
Prepare and manage drawing packages and specifications
Attend meetings, site visits and support project delivery on siteRequirements

Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent)
Demonstrable UK project experience across multiple stages
Strong design, technical and presentation skills
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
