An Architect role is available with a supportive studio in Winchester, offering flexible working, mentoring and the opportunity to lead high-quality multi-sector projects. Role & Responsibilities
You will support and lead projects across multiple sectors, working closely with colleagues, consultants and clients.

  * Lead high-quality project work

  * Support design and technical delivery

  * Coordinate with consultants and clients

  * Mentor and support junior team members

  * Contribute across project stages

Skills & Experience Required
You will need proven architectural experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative studio.

  * ARB registered Architect

  * Multi-sector project experience

  * Strong design and technical skills

  * Confident project coordination ability

  * Clear communication skills
