Job Title: Architect / Senior Architect – Data Centre Projects
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Employment Type: Permanent
Software: Revit proficiency essential
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading architectural practice with a growing portfolio of high-tech and mission-critical projects both in the UK, Europe and Middle East. This firm is currently seeking a talented Architect or Senior Architect with experience in data centre or similar technical, large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic, collaborative team focused on delivering complex schemes across the UK and EMEA regions. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the design and coordination of technically challenging projects, while working closely with multidisciplinary consultants and client-side teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Lead or support the design and delivery of data centre projects from concept through construction
*
Produce high-quality technical and construction documentation using Revit
*
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across multiple disciplines
*
Contribute to project and client meetings, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout
*
Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines within fast-paced project programmes
Requirements:
*
ARB registered Architect (or equivalent)
*
Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or complex technical projects
*
Strong technical knowledge with an ability to detail for delivery
*
Excellent proficiency in Revit is a must
*
Strong coordination and communication skills
*
Experience working across RIBA Stages 2–5 preferred
