This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist Architectural practice who offer expert design services to the residential, education, and defence sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to lead on a range of high-profile projects for their Glasgow studio

CPD opportunitiesDuties for the role of Architect:
Lead on design development across all RIBA work stages
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, other members of multidisciplined teams and contractors
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawingsRequirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
ARB registered
Relevant post qualification experience as an Architect with a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD
Experience managing your own projects across a broad range of sectors
Experience working across all RIBA work stages
Strong technical detailing and design skills
Pro-active and "can do" attitude
Looking to grow and progress within the company
Excellent communication and organisational skills
