I'm working with an award-winning, design-led architectural practice who is seeking an Architect with exceptional design talent, strong project leadership skills, and a natural ability to build lasting client relationships. Specialising in elegant, high-quality private homes, the studio believes great architecture enhances lives and places equal emphasis on thoughtful design and the client experience.

Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring quality, clarity, and attention to detail
Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process
Coordinate consultant and contractor input to ensure smooth delivery on site
Champion design quality, sustainability, and thoughtful detailing
Contribute to team learning and the evolution of studio processesRequirements:
ARB-registered Architect with sufficient experience Part III
Strong portfolio demonstrating design flair, spatial awareness and detailing skill
Proven track record leading bespoke residential projects
Personable and articulate, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
Comfortable working one-to-one with private clients and interpreting their needs into thoughtful design
Proficient in CAD and confident sketcher
Sound knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, and construction detailing
