Architect or Architectural Technologist
Location: Woking, Surrey | Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
We’re working with a small, design-led architecture studio known for delivering high-quality, bespoke residential projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas. They’re now seeking a talented Architect or well-rounded Arch Technologist at intermediate or senior level to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to play a hands-on role in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to completion.

Exposure to all stages of RIBA work, with direct client and contractor interaction
Key Requirements:
*
ARB-registered Architect or MCIAT-qualified Architectural Technologist
*
Recently qualified or with experience at intermediate to senior level
*
Proficiency in either AutoCAD or Revit, both preferable
*
Strong residential portfolio, ideally bespoke or high-end homes
*
Excellent technical detailing and design development skills
*
Ability to manage projects and work independently with minimal oversight
*
Must live within 10–15 miles of Woking and have access to a car
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
