A well-established, RIBA-chartered architectural practice in Essex is looking for a recently qualified architect to join its collaborative and innovation-led team. With a reputation for delivering high-quality, tailored design solutions, the practice works across a varied portfolio of retail, residential, and commercial projects-consistently exceeding client expectations.

Support and lead the design process across all RIBA work stages
Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical specifications
Assist in the delivery of projects, including site inspections and contract administration
Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders
Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentationRequirements:
ARB-registered architect (Part 2 qualified candidates may also be considered)
Professional experience in a UK-based architecture practice
Strong knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident working both independently and within a team environment
Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
