Salary: £40-45,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a thriving design and planning practice based in the North West. With a strong pipeline of projects in the housing and education sectors, the practice is looking for a confident individual with several years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a larger architectural practice. This role offers the chance to develop and shape your career within a collaborative and supportive environment, with a focus on high-quality design and delivery. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

£40-45,000 salary depending on experience
4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Daily Duties:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion
Prepare and coordinate detailed design and construction drawings in Revit
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
Contribute to design development and technical delivery
Attend site visits and project meetings as required
Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice
The Ideal Candidate:
ARB-registered Architect with at least several years of post-qualification experience
Background in a larger practice preferred
Strong project experience in either housing or education sectors
Excellent Revit skills
Confident communicator with strong coordination and teamworking ability
Proactive, organised, and able to manage time and deadlines effectively
