Architect / Architectural Technician – Private Residential Projects
Location: Surrey | Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 DOE | Full-Time, Permanent
We’re working in partnership with a growing, design-focused architectural studio based in Surrey that specialises in high-quality private residential projects. They are now looking to add an Architect or Architectural Technician to their close-knit team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relaxed, collaborative environment and is seeking full involvement across all project stages—from concept design to delivery. You’ll have creative freedom, plenty of client interaction, and the opportunity to see your ideas through from start to finish.

Key Requirements:
*
Qualified Architect (ARB registered) or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant
*
Alternatively, an experienced Architectural Technician with strong design and technical skills
*
Confidence working across the full project lifecycle (design, technical, and delivery stages)
*
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations essential
*
Experience in the private residential sector and a passion for client-focused design
*
Proficiency in Vectorworks highly desirable (training available for the right candidate)
*
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for site visits
