Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum

The studio are seeking an ambitious and talented Architect, either recently qualified or with 1 – 2 years post qualification experience to join their well-established team, delivering exceptional projects across the UK.
This opportunity would be ideal for a qualified Architect with proven experience in the residential/mixed-use sector and confidence using Revit in a BIM-led environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Office:
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Duties:
Lead and deliver medium to large scale residential-led, mixed-use projects (RIBA Stages 4–6)
Manage internal project teams and coordinate design with external consultants
Chair design team meetings and lead day-to-day client communications
Prepare design drawings, specifications and calculations under the direction of an Associate Director
Assemble and process tender documentation as required
Contribute to internal design reviews and team meetings
Requirements:
ARB and Masters Qualified Architect
Minimum of 1 years’ post qualification experience
Strong design and technical skills
Proven experience on large-scale residential projects from Stage 4 onwards
Confident in a client-facing role and in leading internal and external teams
Excellent Revit proficiency
Strong understanding of current UK Building RegulationsBefore You Apply
