We're working with a dynamic and expanding architecture firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their accomplished team. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to contribute meaningfully during an exciting period of growth. Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and attend client briefings to gather detailed requirements
Prepare and submit 2D and 3D design packages for planning applications
Coordinate with external design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Produce detailed Building Regulation packages
Represent the practice at industry events and networking functions
Respond to new business enquiries and explore potential project opportunities
Manage multiple project deadlines independently
Assist the director with daily operations, including office logistics and administration
Experience
ARB Registered Architect
Strong experience in the residential sector, with proven ability across RIBA Stages 0-4
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
In-depth knowledge of Planning Policy and Building Regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Confident and professional in client and networking environments
