Salary: £34-40,000 DOE
A progressive, design-led architectural practice with a strong reputation across the residential and commercial sectors is seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding Harrogate office. CPD opportunities and flexible workingDaily Duties:
Contribute to all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion
Produce detailed planning, technical, and construction drawings
Collaborate with project teams on design development and technical detailing
Coordinate planning and Building Regulations submissions
Ensure design compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Attend site meetings and assist with project running, depending on experience
Manage time and workflow effectively across multiple projectsIdeal Candidate:
ARB-registered Architect
Strong residential sector background, with an understanding of commercial and conservation work
Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD (the studio's main software platforms)
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Detail-oriented, proactive, and practical in approach
Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
