A respected RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex is seeking a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join its friendly and collaborative team. Renowned for delivering innovative, bespoke design solutions across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the studio offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to design-led projects with real impact.
This position is ideal for someone recently qualified and eager to take the next step post-Part 3. You'll gain hands-on experience across all RIBA work stages, with genuine scope for professional growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support design development through all RIBA stages
Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical specifications
Manage aspects of project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentation
About You:
ARB-registered (or recently completed Part 3)
UK practice experience (as a Part 2 or Architect)
Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail
Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
