Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Introduction:
An award-winning design studio renowned for delivering bold, intelligent, and highly crafted spaces is seeking a talented Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects while working in a collaborative, design-led environment. The practice is known for transforming spaces with creativity and precision, specialising in repositioning, workplace, and high-end residential projects.
This opportunity would be ideal for a fully qualified Architect with a background in RIBA Stage 4 onwards and a proven track record in delivering complex schemes from detailed design through to completion.

Office: Central London
Hours: Full-time - 9:00 - 17:30
Duties:
Develop detailed technical design packages for complex architectural projects
Collaborate with the wider design team to ensure creative intent is delivered through construction
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges
Attend site meetings and oversee construction progress to maintain quality and detail standards
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and codes
Prepare and present design and technical information to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered)
Strong experience working on RIBA Stage 4 onwards
Proven portfolio of repositioning, workplace, and residential projects
Excellent technical skills with a meticulous eye for detail
Confident in managing project delivery and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Skilled in Revit and AutoCADBefore You Apply
