Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Leeds studio

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Architect include:
Produce drawings with RIBA stages 2 through to 5
Manage residential projects through to completion
Produce detailed drawing packages and fee schedules
Liaise with consultants and specialists to build working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architect:
ARB registered
Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Experience with Revit is desirable
Ability to manage projects through planning, tender and site stages
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
