Salary: £35000-£42000
A well-established RIBA-chartered practice in Essex is seeking a creative and driven Newly Qualified Architect to join its welcoming, collaborative team. Known for delivering imaginative, bespoke solutions across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the practice offers the chance to work on meaningful, design-focused projects that make a real difference.
This role is ideal for someone who has recently qualified and is ready to take their next step after Part 3. You'll gain broad, hands-on experience across all RIBA work stages, supported by a friendly studio culture that actively encourages professional growth and development.

Your Responsibilities
Contribute to and lead design work across all RIBA stages
Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
Oversee aspects of project delivery, including site visits and contract administration
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and supporting design material
About You
ARB-registered (or recently completed Part 3)
UK practice experience as a Part 2 or Architect
Solid understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen design eye with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficient in AutoCAD (preferred)
