Location: Manchester (office-based with UK-wide projects)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Ashley Services are proud to be partnering with a highly successful and innovative Architecture Practice in Manchester, who are now seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding team.
Established in 2019, this practice has grown rapidly and continues to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions for clients across the UK. As part of their dynamic and creative team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping projects and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.
Responsibilities:

Preparing existing and proposed architectural drawings
*
Delivering original design work in line with client briefs
*
Producing detailed building regulation drawings
*
Liaising with clients, planning officers, and building control
*
Coordinating with consultants (planning, structural engineers, party-wall surveyors, etc.)
Requirements:
*
Minimum 7 years’ experience in architectural design
*
Strong proficiency in Revit
*
Solid knowledge of planning policies and building regulations
*
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*
Highly motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence with access to a car
