This growing studio is making waves in the capital's architectural scene, and they're now seeking a talented ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect to play a key role in shaping their expanding London office. About the Practice With a strong reputation for excellence in Architecture, Urban Design and Interior Design, this award-winning practice has grown from its Essex roots to establish multiple offices nationwide. Their collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach have earned them recognition across Residential, Commercial, Education and Urban Regeneration sectors. Now, with a thriving London base, they are looking for an Architect who is passionate about sustainable architecture, creative design solutions and community-focused projects. The Role - Architect As an Architect, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design and delivery. You'll be working on a diverse portfolio, with an initial focus on Education sector architecture and community-driven schemes. Key Responsibilities: Leading projects through all RIBA stages Developing sustainable, innovative design solutions in collaboration with a talented team Engaging with clients, consultants and planning authorities Applying expert knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to a creative and supportive studio culture Architect Requirements ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect - essential Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical ability Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy Previous experience in Education sector architecture highly desirable Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills A genuine passion for sustainable design and innovative architecture What's on Offer Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid & flexible working arrangements Early finish every Friday Annual bonus scheme Ongoing CPD, mentoring and clear career progression The chance to make a real impact in a growing London studio Why Apply?
