Job Description
A prestigious and award winning, top AJ100, Central London based practice, is looking for Architects. The practice specialises in large scale residential projects, from high density urban developments to large new settlement masterplans. They produce very well considered and elegant schemes.
Two roles are available, requiring slightly different skillsets. One role is focused on high density, urban schemes, typically 100 to 500 units. These could also include BTR and student accommodation. The other vacancy focuses more on new suburban neighbourhoods and masterplanning, for circa 100 to 200 dwellings. Both roles will see you working from RIBA Workstages 0 – 3 and inevitably require strong design skills and vision. Community engagement very much informs the final design too. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Enscape would be advantageous, and the practice is looking for relevant project experience. It’s envisaged a newly qualified Architect to perhaps three to five years post Part III qualification would be a good fit.
