Job Description
An Architectural Designer is sought after to join our highly skilled multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property design, with a focus on technical architectural design and detailing.

Description
Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for property construction projects
Work closely with the construction team to ensure architectural designs are properly implemented
Utilise Revit software to create technical drawings and 3D models
Participate in site inspections and project meetings
Collaborate with the team to solve design and construction challenges
Ensure compliance with construction regulations and industry standards
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and contracts
Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and proceduresProfile
A successful Architect Technician should have:
A degree in Architecture, or similar field
Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and modelling
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and property industry standards
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to solve complex design and construction challenges
