Description
The role of Architect Technologist will involve:
Collaborating with architects and designers to construct safe and sustainable buildings.
Reviewing and analysing reports and technical documents.
Digesting and summarising building regulations and tender documentation.
Researching and recommending new construction materials and technologies.
Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
Assisting in developing project budgets and time-lines.
Coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Participating in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and standards in the Construction sector.Profile
A successful Architect Technologist should have:
A minimum 5 year's experience, ideally with a consultancy background.
Strong conceptual thinking.
Revit software experience (essential).
The confidence to work in multidisciplinary teams.
A strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
The commitment to being consistently involved in the design process.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable design.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment within the Building and Construction industry.Job Offer
