📍 Location: Office-based (Full-time, Permanent)
💷 Salary: From £40,000 per annum (negotiable DOE)
Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager looking to take ownership of meaningful projects in a niche and rewarding sector?
We are working with a highly respected specialist in Veterinary and Animal Welfare Design & Building Management, with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering purpose-built care environments across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and capable Architectural Project Manager to join their dedicated team.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
* Deliver high-quality technical and design outcomes
* Manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence
* Mentor junior team members and support their development
* Maintain the company’s strong reputation for quality and service
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience managing architectural projects independently
* Strong design skills and technical expertise
* Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
* Familiarity with RIBA work stages
* Experience using Revit is a plus, but not essential
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
