The Role
As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery of luxury residential schemes from concept through to construction. You'll work closely with architects and consultants, producing high-quality technical drawings and helping ensure projects progress smoothly across all stages.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate technical drawings and construction details using Revit and AutoCAD
Assist in coordination of design and technical information across consultant teams
Support project delivery across RIBA stages, from planning to construction
Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, industry standards, and best practice
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in an architectural or technical role
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills (essential)
Experience working on high-quality residential or bespoke design projects (preferred)
Excellent technical knowledge, detailing ability and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Based within commutable distance of Altrincham / Greater Manchester
Full UK driving licence required
