Job Description

My client are an award winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford, Essex and are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician who is qualified to HNC standard, with a good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and a minimum of two years-experience is required working on residential projects. A good understanding of the Building Regulations and NHBC Standards is preferable. Candidates should have experience of producing working drawings and construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process.
You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. In return, we offer a pleasant working environment and excellent prospects for the right individual
