Salary: £35-50,000 DOE

The practice specialises in bespoke residential projects, including new-build homes, extensions, and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. With a focus on technical excellence and collaborative delivery, the studio provides a supportive environment where you can take ownership of projects, work closely with clients, and contribute to delivering high-quality, well-crafted residential architecture.

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential schemes
Coordinate and manage construction information across all project stages
Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors
Attend site visits and technical meetings as required
Ensure all project information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on timeIdeal Candidate

Architectural Technologist with several years' UK experience
Strong background in residential projects, including new builds and extensions
Good knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
Excellent communication and team-working skills
Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
