Prepare building regulation and planning applications for estate developments
Prepare House type and Estate layout designs
Monitor and progress planning applications
Manage and liaise with various external professional consultants
Carry out site visits and survey to ensure compliance is achievedSkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree within Architecture
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Have housing experience
Strong UK building regulation knowledge
Job running experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
