I am working with a forward-thinking near Watford that is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their collaborative and design-driven team. With a strong reputation for delivering technically complex, sustainable projects, the studio works with a wide range of repeat clients and consistently exceeds expectations.

Producing accurate, high-quality technical and construction drawings across all RIBA stages
Collaborating with project leads, consultants and contractors to deliver coordinated design solutions
Assisting with planning submissions and building regulations compliance
Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
Contributing to the smooth running of projects and actively participating in studio developmentRequirements:
Relevant qualification in architectural technology or equivalent
Proven UK practice experience working on complex or large-scale projects
Strong technical knowledge and experience of UK building regulations
High proficiency in Revit (essential) and familiarity with BIM workflows
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and team-focused attitude
