A respected and long-standing architectural practice based in Lichfield is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative team. Known for delivering intelligent and practical design solutions, the studio works across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and education. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in projects from concept through to technical delivery and completion, within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

Key requirements:
HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
UK-based experience post-qualification
Strong portfolio of work in the healthcare sector
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Solid knowledge of UK construction techniques and technical standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Main responsibilities:
Produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
Assist project architects and senior team members across all RIBA work stages
Ensure all documentation meets current Building Regulations and planning requirements
