Carry out site visits and ensure technical standards build regulations are complied with
Submit planning and building regulations applications
Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
Help deliver residential projects from inception through to completionSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree with Architecture
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as a technician
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
