Job Description

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Architectural Technician to join a leading architectural practice in a contract position, outside IR35 and offering fully remote working. Our client is working on a mix of Residential developments in the Middle East and is looking for an experienced Technician to produce building regulation drawings using ArchiCAD. Key Responsibilities: -Produce Building Regulation drawings for a range of residential projects. -Ensure designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members. -Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings. What we are looking for: -Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field. -Proficiency with ArchiCAD -Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. -Strong communication and organisational skills
