Professional developmentDuties for the role of Architectural Technician:
Detail buildings across the industrial, commercial, and food sectors
Undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare and implement UK building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the multi-disciplinary teamSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Degree within architectural technology
Proficient with Revit
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Ability to run multiple small sized projects alongside each other
Experience working across a broad range of sectors or sector specialist experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
