Projects vary in size and scale, with a portfolio that includes new builds, listed buildings, educational buildings, retail outlets, to domestic extensions, and many more. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company across a variety of residential, commercial, and conservation projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed drawings, assisting with the development of architectural designs, producing and coordinating drawings for planning and building regulations submissions, and undertaking regular site visits to projects primarily located in North Yorkshire, but the company do operate UK wide.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist, along with a full UK driver's licence. This is an office-based role in the borough of Leeds.

The Role:
Prepare technical drawings
Develop building regulation drawings
Conduct site visits

Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
