£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus

In this role, the successful Architectural Technician or similar will be responsible for Residential Development/Improvement projects from initial conception through to completion. On top of this, you will also be responsible for planning and producing technical drawings/designs as well as building regulation drawings. In addition, you will also be responsible for assisting tender/bid creation as well as supporting in tender documentation. Also, you will be responsible for both client and third-party liaison as well as ensuring accurate technical documentation is kept. Finally, you will be responsible for attending site visits as and when required.
The ideal Architectural Technician or similar will have a background within the Residential Sector. In addition, you will have previous practical experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD. On top of this, the successful Architectural Technician or similar will also have a strong knowledge of UK building regulations and their processes. Also, ideally, you will have had previous experience within an Architectural Technician position or similar. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.
The Role:
Residential Development/Improvement projects from initial conception through to completion
Planning and producing technical drawings/designs as well as building regulation drawings
Attending site visits as and when required The Person:
