Your new company
You will be joining a growing, design‑led architectural practice based in Lincoln city centre. The studio has a strong pipeline of commercial and residential projects and is well‑known for its collaborative culture, modern approach, and commitment to high‑quality design and technical delivery.With continued growth across multiple sectors, the practice is now looking for an Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist to strengthen its team.
Your new role
As an Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist, you will take ownership of projects from early design stages through to technical delivery and completion. You will work closely with the wider architectural team, coordinating information, producing detailed technical packages, and helping guide projects smoothly through the RIBA stages.
In this role, you will:
Lead and support projects across the commercial and residential sectors
Produce high‑quality technical drawings, details and construction packages
Work confidently within a Revit‑driven workflow
Coordinate design information with consultants and contractors
Contribute to project delivery from concept through to completion
Play a key role within a friendly and ambitious team environment
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally at job‑running level
Strong technical ability, detailing skills and coordination experience
Experience delivering commercial and residential projects
Revit proficiency (essential)
Ability to manage workload across multiple live projects
Excellent communication and collaborative working style

Hours: 9:00-5:30 (Mon-Thurs) / 9:00-5:00 (Fri)
