Architectural Technologist 

Up to £45,000

Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a leading architectural firm based around the Birmingham region, renowned for working within the bespoke Residential space. My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.

With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a strong presence within the Residential and Commercial projects. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: 

Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.  
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.Qualifications required for this Architectural Technologist role: 

Proficiency in Revit. 
Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
