This is an excellent opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who provide a wide range of architectural services to the industrial, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Leicester studio.

Help deliver on a range of industrial projects
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Produce construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Undertake site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance and successful project deliverySkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical and presentation skills
Strong attention the detail
