Architectural Technologist (ArchiCAD / Revit)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Hybrid Role + Enhanced Holidays + Private Medical Insurance + Company Events

Are you an architectural technologist, with experience in residential or commercial projects looking to join a well established company, that works with clients nationwide, which offers a hybrid role with enhanced holidays?
Are you BIM literate and looking to improve your software skills further on tools like ArchiCAD in a company that offers excellent training and progression?
This company was established a decade and a half ago and since then has become a go to for residential and commercial projects, with values up to £10 million. The company offer bespoke design solutions for the residential market and in the commercial market offer a cost effective, high quality service.
In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to work cooperatively in a team of three and effectively on their own. Working on twenty or more projects at once, you will need to maintain a structured desk and be able to offer input on multiple works.

The Role:
9 - 5:30 Monday - Friday
Work in a team of 3 to complete projects
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes up to twenty at once
Attend design meetings within the company to ensure all projects are being completed effectively
Work with ArchiCAD to assist in the design of projects
Infrequently, visit client sites to ensure projects are being completed to their standardsThe Person:
